You want a shit ton of duration to keep the 2nd ability up as long as you can without wasting energy on the 4th ability to reset the 2nd's durration, same with the efficiency, energy is everything with her, without it you can't replenish her 2nd, and once her 2nd runs out you loose all your dmg stacks. The dmg increase had no cap, so In theory you can smash 10 bubbles and have 500% dmg increase. Smashing her 4th ability with her 1st ability while outside her bubble causes a 50% dmg increase to her 2nd.
Casting her 4th ability causes the duration of her 2nd ability to reset.

Her second ability gives you the dmg reduction, plus and most importantly allows you to be a walking meet grinder. Go outside of her glass bubble and smash it with her 1st ability The power strength at 130 will give you max dmg reduction, 90%. Ok to build her can be tricky, it's all about balance, you went good efficiency, excellent duration, at least 115 range, and 130 power strength.
